Another GTK+ FAQ patch

o Changed author tag - again. Set it to just our names - this looks ok now.
o Added Copyright notice.
o Changed url tags to htmlurl tags - for when converting to text, so I hear.

** NOTE: should be applied after:
gtk-gale-980129-0.patch, and
gtk-froyd-980201-0.patch

but see gtk-gale-980202-1.patch first, as that one contains all three (including this one).
