There is a quite powerful astrology program available via FTP from the
alt.astrology archive site.  Its in australia, and I can't find where
I wrote it down.

Its not user friendly, but it produces many kinds of charts.  And the
source code is availible at the same site.

Use archie to look for 'ast30pc.exe' and you'll find it.
