New 2016 stages are available at the following paths:
  - mips2/2016 (O32 ABI)
  - mips3/2016 (N32 ABI)
  - mips4/2016 (N32 ABI)

Build Datestamp: 20160506

O32 builds at the MIPS-II ISA are available in this release.  All
other builds at the MIPS-III and MIPS-IV ISAs are N32-only.  Under
the MIPS-IV ISA, tailored builds for R10000 systems and R12000/R14000
are also available.

Note: the below applies to the 20160106 releases only:

One caveat, I had a small error pressent when building them.  In
/etc/portage/package.use, change this line:

*/* PYTHON_TARGETS: -* python2_7 python3_4 python3_5

To this line:

*/* PYTHON_TARGETS: python2_7 python3_4 python3_5

(the '-*' is removed).

It didn't seem to affect the builds themselves, but it may cause
problems after unpacking and chrooting in.
