However, it is still a 'closed' list, so those interested in joining need to contact the listowner, me, at Tigerm1019@aol.com. :-) For those who are new to Lysator and might not know about us, Freedom City is an e-mail list for the free and open discussion of relationships in the Blakes 7 universe, including sexual relationships (both heterosexual and homosexual). It is intended as a supplement to Lysator. Membership is limited to consenting adults, since some posts do contain explicit material. If you find such topics disturbing or offensive, then this list is probably not for you. Of course, this came to mind because of _Gambit_. I don't suppose computers were used much in the casinos back in 1978, or were they? Certainly, ORAC could do interesting things in today's casinos... such as give unlimited free plays. --Avona, who won't say how much money her partner won, only that "Blake, we spent most of our time in the buffet or the beach. Yes, there are several of us here (we had a theory at one time that Wilmslow Road had a higher number of list members than any other road in the world). Some of us meet for a curry or at the Fab Cafe from time to time. Of course, the ideal meeting place for you to initially meet up is in Liverpool in the nearest bar to the Everyman Theatre between 2nd and 6th November... That way, you get to see Gareth on stage and meet fellow fans (and maybe Gareth afterwards if you hang around the stage door). I know several Manchester fans who are thinking of going, but I don't know which days they're thinking of. Meanwhile, I shall go and see it in Edinburgh with another friend as I'll be out of the country when it gets to Liverpool. How about all the newcomers declaring roughly where they come from for similar activities that Villa would be proud of. To start things off.... Apparently it is still TBA. Can anyone advance any theories as to why Fab Films are being so coy about the date for this one when they have been able to publicise the dates for the others months in advance? Keeping it for a Christmas treat perhaps? Or maybe they are planning to hold us to ransom by charging n * the normal amount?
