Morning Star Reader for Windows - Version 2.0

This is a "native" Windows application, which means you don't need
any additional files (as version 1.0 required).  Just place this new
WINSTAR.EXE and WINSTAR.HLP into any directory and create a Program
Item for it in a Program Manager group.
